Hope you won't mind a bit of assertiveness in their message. I believe everybody progresses in their life at their own pace and our amiable bunny is making their progress too, and remember, we love you regardless of the difficulties on your path.
Here is the message from your secret friend for you:
"It baffles me how someone so kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, loving, sweet and supportive towards others as yourself is constantly putting herself down and being so freaking rude to self.
If I was you and you behaved the same way with me as you do with yourself, I'd be so heartbroken, I would be so shattered, I wouldn't believe that kind people exist, I wouldn't believe there's good in the world, because putting someone so down constantly, finding flaws, naming them, being so mean, judgy and saying such hurtful things to tear the torn even more is so not nice.
But then I know you wouldn't do it to me or anyone else other than yourself. How selfish bunny, why is this special treatment reserved for yourself only?
Why can't you be fair and just and treat everyone equally? Why would you treat yourself in a completely different way as you do for others? What did we ever do to deserve this bias?
In an seriousness, please don't be one of those who put you down, I know it's easier said than done but please try and try hard to put yourself up.
It wouldn't matter whatever nice things the world around tells you even with their strongest will to make you feel good about yourself till you feel and you believe all of that for yourself also.
Part of the world has been cruel to you, has made you to hate yourself , would you want to stand with that part still? Or would you like to try loving yourself instead and let the other part of the world, the major part, that loves you to love you even more for being authentically you.
It starts at home, you are your home, make it a good place for yourself because spoiler alert, YES you deserve it.
Lots of good things in store for you only if you open the door and welcome all that comes your way.
Affirm with this stranger today and repeat when needed "I deserve to treat myself better and I will do it no matter how hard it feels"
You can turn frowns around, you can light up the entire universe with your kindness. You don't realise your potential now but that's alright, someday you will, you're a smart, strong, wise one and you'll figure it. You'll make it. You'll achieve it. Whatever you set your mind to. Maybe try setting your mind to "being kind to self"? Just a possibility that you'll try it and you'll ace it. Doesn't hurt to give it a shot?
But only when you really want to, because we need to really know our "why" and because for working on something, self love is a project too, it will demand time, attention and your will, youwill face difficult situations and sometimes you would want to give up, it will demand resilienceto stick to your side, to pick your side and to keep on fighting for yourself, for what is right. Even this paragraph isn't worth anything till you believe what's written here, doesn't matter how badly I want you to see you the way the world does like the most magical being ever, till you do it also.
The world will choose to love you in a nano second, question is how much time will it take for you to do the same?"
