These people are trained to reach out to individuals with fixable profile violations and/or are trained at hosting safety related group chat discussions. They are also part of the safety patrol team but are not tagged above to prevent repetition, so do feel free to send profiles to these people especially if they are unclearly inappropriate. Now, I’d like to give an overview of the different types of reports that you can use and what’s most suitable for each situation. This may include moderators use of moderation tools, room supporter behaviour, or member and listeners’ general behaviour. Submit a Request via Zendesk [https://help.7cups.com/hc/en-us/requests/new]- You can use this link to access options for Data Removal Requests, Deleting Accounts, Requesting Refunds on Therapy, Account Reinstatement, Product Bugs, Reporting Listeners, Reporting Members, Updating your Age and a few other options.
