It's wonderful how the Communities are being populated by new Leaders, at a  rate I have never seen before. 

No doubt, in a very significant (if not most) part thanks to your initiatives and your focus on engaging and omboarding talented and enthusiastic people by all the means we can think of. Like you have thought much of what can be done and then implemented them on many fronts.

This effort is fructifying consistently, week after week, month after month, and the accumulated results are already impressive.

There are still roles to fill, particularly in the most challenging Communities, but with these methodologies, and at this rate, I am certain that most will be covered soon. 

Way to go!  Woohoo!
