UNAVAILABLE TO CHAT. unfortunately, i’ll no longer be apart of the 7 cups community as i’m leaving the site and my role as a listener. however, i’ll be popping by occasionally to check in with my long term members, and possibly to take new chats. what can i say, i really like helping people 🫂 i don’t think you’ll see me engaging in forums though.

peer support ( as a peer supporter, my role is to primarily offer emotional support through 1-on-1 chats with other listeners, regarding emotions and situations that can stem from member chats, group support chats, forum interactions with other listeners etc. ) NB: FOR LISTENERS ONLY! If you would like to discuss a personal issue, please switch over to your member / guest acc. before contacting, this is so to remain anonymous and to adhere to the 7 cups guidelines. 

room supporter — depression support ( as a room supporter for the depression support chatroom, my role is to provide quality listening and support to the members in the chatroom ) 

forum supporter — motivation & accountability community / 7 cups academy ( as a forum supporter, my role is to maintain engagement in the forums by posting and replying to threads ) 

listener room supporter — (LSR) listener support room ( as a listener room supporter, i have many responsibilities, however, in a nutshell, my role is to primarily support the listener rooms )

...See more heya! teamates 🍂 it’s been a long while i haven’t shown my face around these parts 🫣 my bad, i was on a self-care break.  •••  speaking of self-care, i just wanted to share a few autumn self-care activities we can do this fall season to keep our minds, bodies and beautiful souls in good spirits  so here’s six autumn self-care activities we should all try at least once, this fall season!  * take a nature walk 🍂🪵 * get creative with pumpkins 🎃  * wear warm socks 🧦 and pjs   * try out a new hobby  * light your fav autumn scented spice candle and enjoy  * drink your favourite tea or hot chocolate ☕️  also, feel free to share in the comments what’s your fav self care activities to do during autumn 🍂 and the ones you’ve tried so far!  can’t wait to hear them all  side note: when i refer to you guys as my teamates, i’m not saying team mates, i’m saying ( 7 cups of tea mates! ) so therefore, my teamates 🍂🪵🍂

...See more today is self care saturday for me.  i decided that i wanted to get back into my healthy habits so i could feel better about myself on a daily basis. one of those healthy habits included journaling. i made my journal entry and thought i’d share what that was like for me.  i started off with a quote i found, it reads, “every sunrise is a reminder that you have a new day to fill with positivity and possibility.” my journal prompts :  • five things i am grateful for • intention for the day • who do i want to be for myself and others? • affirmations to me, journaling is a very good mind exercise, especially in the mornings and before bed. journaling really do help you to feel better about yourself, and even better throughout the day. if you’re someone who’s into journaling or would love to start, feel free to use my provided journal prompt as your first entry 💗
