After the loss of a loved one, a traumatic event in life, or anything in between, a strong sadness comes daunting on you. It is more than just “sad,” but not quite “depressed.” This is called grief. It is perfectly normal to have this after a traumatic event, and it is extremely difficult to cope with once this burden is upon one’s shoulders.
