mom got me fed up, and then left, taking my phone with her so i had no distractions and rubber band didn't help (it never does) so i relapsed.

we went canoeing with a small group for three hours, and then to grandparents, now we’re driving back home. it was a fairly good day. but i’m really tired, so sorry if i’m not here very much hehe 🩷

i’m always feeling guilty about something. i don’t know how not to.
