Developing courage - one brave step at a time!

This pathway aims to examine and reflect upon diverse definitions and forms of courage, as well as the factors that contribute or are barriers to the development of courage. 

In this pathway, you are given prompts to reflect on your fears, strengths, and areas in which you can exercise courage moving forward. 

We hope this pathway inspires you to recognize the courage you already exhibit every day and helps you find ways in which you can increase your courage and improve self-confidence.
