Welcome to the Developing Courage Pathway!

This pathway aims to examine and reflect upon diverse definitions and forms of courage, as well as the factors that contribute to or are barriers towards the development of courage. We dive into the biological roots of courage, and look at courage from the bottom up, starting at the fears that require courage to overcome, and ending with the development of a personal courage plan that you can tailor to your lifestyle and implement in your day to day life.

In this pathway, you are challenged with prompts to reflect on your fears, strengths, and areas in which you can exercise courage moving forward. You are welcomed to use a personal journal to keep track of your progress, or answer the prompts right here in the path. This challenge is self-paced, feel free to take one step daily, or at a pace that suits you, but remember: consistency is key!

We hope this pathway inspires you to recognize the courage you already exhibit every day, and helps you find ways in which you can increase your courage and improve self-confidence.
