Huge shoutout to @Bubbles2025 for organizing this wonderful event and writing this amazing piece!! ♥️♥️ Kindness is one of the most powerful yet underrated forces in the world. It is more than just being polite or saying nice things—it is about showing care, empathy, and understanding toward others. Acts of kindness, whether big or small, have the ability to brighten someone’s day, ease their burdens, and create a positive ripple effect in a community. In a world that can sometimes feel harsh and competitive, kindness reminds us of our shared humanity and our responsibility to look out for one another. One of the most important aspects of kindness is that it does not always require grand gestures. A simple smile, a thoughtful compliment, or helping someone who is struggling can have a meaningful impact. In school, for example, students face many challenges, from academic stress to social pressures. A kind word or a supportive gesture from a classmate can make all the difference. Even small efforts, like holding the door for someone or including a quiet student in a group conversation, show that kindness is about being aware of others' feelings and needs. However, being kind is not always easy. It requires patience, understanding, and sometimes even courage. There may be moments when kindness is met with indifference or even negativity, but that should not discourage us from continuing to be kind. True kindness is not about seeking rewards or recognition—it is about doing what is right simply because we care. Choosing kindness in difficult situations, such as standing up for someone being bullied or offering forgiveness instead of holding grudges, takes strength and character. In the long run, kindness benefits not just the people who receive it but also those who give it. ...See more Hello Community,  Everyone is invited to join us for a week-long challenge dedicated to spreading positivity and making a difference, one kind act at a time.  From February 10th to 16th, join us to participate in the challenge and focus on brightening the world around us and spreading positivity in your unique ways. It is recommended to begin with “Main Affirmations - Reprogram Your Mind” Please note that in this journey of releasing limiting beliefs (especially at the beginning of working on an area of your life) you may notice emotions that make you feel extremely good/motivated/happy/positive while other times you may notice feelings, thoughts, or situations that are contradicting the new practices - such as feeling resistant/doubtful/confusion/sadness, etc. There is nothing to worry about because this won’t last very long, this is also a sign that it is working! When one repeats these statements & makes creative efforts to believe in them, often many notice that things around them are changing for the better and they are attracting positive outcomes. I am able to instantly shift that limiting belief on a moment to moment basis and get back to the feeling state of what I desire. * Statement 4: I am fully recognizing my worth. I am completely confident in myself and nobody can take it from me. * Statement 5: I am secure and stable within myself and I creating the feeling of safety and stability. Affirmation Statements * Statement 1: I am believing that I am powerful and can choose what I want to feel. * Statement 2: I am feeling love and I am creating it within. I am feeling rich and I am creating it within. I am feeling abundant and I am creating it within. * Statement 3: I am seeing through all circumstances and limitations. I am able to maintain a feeling state that is necessary to create change. * Statement 4: Everything is showing up and responding to how I feel and I am choosing to feel what I want to experience. * Statement 5: I am believing I can get exactly what I want. I am free of limitations and I feel amazing. For consistent positive results it is suggested to: * Follow the steps mentioned below * Practice affirmations for at least 21 days continuously and whenever you feels low. ------------------------- Step 1: Take three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling to a count of 10. ------------------------- Step 2: Close your eyes gently for 1-2 minutes, bring the word trust into your mind. Slowly see each letter of the word separately * T - R - U - S - T Imagine the word trust going deeper...and deeper...and deeper into your mind. Feel the word trust. ------------------------- Step 3: Now, read each affirmation statement given below and repeat these statements 3-5 times by: Speaking the affirmation out loud, focusing on each word OR Concentrating on each word and repeating them in your mind. ------------------------- Step 4: Create at least one positive affirmation statement of your own related to the thread theme. (Optional but recommended step) These can be healthy things you wish for the most at present OR any safe thoughts/beliefs that you would like to have. ------------------------- Step 5: Take another three deep breaths to allow your body to absorb the positive feeling of the affirmations. ------------------------- Please do share your feelings and affirmations below in this thread. Affirmation Statements * Statement 1: I am trusting my body and mind * Statement 2: I am trusting my ability to create absolutely anything. * Statement 3: I am trusting I am able to create new beliefs at any time. * Statement 4: I am trusting my confidence is showing up in my body language, in how I speak and in how I am forming my perception. * Statement 5: I am trusting myself and I am knowing when I am in the state of trust, manifesting the necessary behaviors, perceptions, feelings is easy.
