...See more I feel the need of validation to ease my anxiety but most of the time I can't have that validation.. Anxiety is very bad, it cause frequent worries and doubts resulting in fear .. sometimes I wish I could just accept it and tell myself to not care about things I can&t control :[ . How do youu guys deal with this feeling?

...See more I like my online friends, but lately I realized how they remind me of my bad experience with that site.. So then I take a break from it, completely. So that I can feel less anxious, but at the same time I feel bad for leaving them too.. :(

...See more i no longer feel upset nor sad about sad experiences in my life, i embraced them to the point they caused me to feel numb. yes i accept but i also feel empty. it's still the start of 2025 but i already fail my new year resolution : to be happier in 2025. que sera sera. idk anymore ;(

...See more idk why i feel this way. sometimes i feel like i want to deactivate my social media because it made me feel so many mixed emotions. maybe i should really just deactivate it then disappear from my online friends. they wont even miss me :| omg its just January 2025 and i already feel this bad. i want them to see me happy before leaving but it's so difficult.
