I just try to be a mirror. Anyone familiar with the Community will tell you the same.

It's notorious how much has improved since you are there.

And yes, we all need motivation and can benefit from accountability: to study, exercise, do self care and stay healthy, do well in our jobs, follow up on our projects and build the life we want for ourselves...

And people with many mental health issues can benefit much from following certain habits that require willpower and support from others.

So this Community can help people with all kinds of challenges and situations. Most of us if you think about it.
