This all depends on your age and your daily schedule. Personally, I attempt to aim 8-9 hours per night. Sometimes listening to relaxing music, cuddling your pillow, thinking of happy memories to trigger your brain into dreaming [anything simple, easy, and positive] to help yourself fall asleep faster.

You need a minimum of 8 hours sleep daily. And make sure you sleep continuously for 8 hours and not break it in between.

I would recommend between 8 and 10 hours, but the main thing is to keep to a schedule, so ensuring that you wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day.

Adults need 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Teenagers need 8-10 hours of sleep per night. It is different for everyone, but everyone falls in that range.

At least 6-7 hours during the night. It is important to be in the night. Skipping the night and sleeping in the morning is unhealthy.

It completely depends on your age, your own need and some other factors. The normal amount for people under the age of 30 would be to sleep for about 8 hours a night. This can although vary from 6-8 hours a night. Below 6 hours, is considered not to be healthy.

If you are a teenager, sleep needed should be 8.5-9.5 hours. If you are a younger adult and adult, sleep needed is 7-9 hours. For Older adults it is 7-8 hours. As we grow up, the sleeping time needed decreases

On average 7-8 hours. Each person is different. For example i need 9 hours of sleep to feel rested. Does that mean i get 9 hours of sleep? No. Just means that is what i need.

The recommended amount for an average adult is between 6-8 hours of steady sleep every night. This means deep sleep which allows your brain and body to rest.

8 hours is the standard nights sleep I’d say. Some need more sleep than others do to function properly

Adults need about 7-9 hours of sleep, although the exact number varies from person to person. Teenagers are still growing, so they need a little more sleep: somewhere around 9-9.5 hours.

depends on how old you are. when you are younger, you should get 10-11 hours each night, but as you get older the number decreases. for me, i am supposed to get 7-8 hours which is for teens and young adults. adults are 6-7 i believe. it all depends on your age. if you want to know specifics, you can search up how many hours you need based on your age and gender. hope this helped :)

You should get enough sleep that when you wake up you would feel rested and energised for the days activities. The amount of sleep required is based on the type of person you are and the activities you do on a normal day.

It varies between person to person but an average adult should get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

A solid amount of sleep is anywhere from 7-9hrs per night, but it all really depends on the person. If you nap, you may need less at night, or if you are very active/going through a lot/are sick, you may need more than the recommended 7-9hrs. Hope this helps!

This depends on how old you are, and basically on who you are. The numbers depends widely on your body. A teenager needs around 8-10 hours of sleep every day. But, not every body is the same. Some bodies work well with only 6 hours of sleep, and some require 12 hours of sleep. The best way to figure out your sleeping abilities is to look at how tired you are compared to the hours of sleep you got and figure out what number of hours makes you feel comfortable.

Before i tell the answer, i would like to say few things. Number 1: I prefer to sleep and wake up without any alarm clock sound waking me up. Basically, i want to have enough sleep and wake up on my own. I strictly dont like any alarm sound waking me up. Number 2: When I get enough sleep, I feel like the happiest girl on earth. My mood is all okay, all day long. In my cases, I really need like 10 hours of sleep. My age is 20+

8 Hours of sleep is the recommended amount at the minimum. You should always try to fit in 8 hours of sleep each night in order to feel awake, and ready for the next day.

It depends on your age and how your body works, but most often you want to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep, but so long as you feel rested and have gotten a significant amount of sleep, you are okay.

It’s supposed to be eight hours or so, but honestly nearly nobody gets enough sleep on a daily basis. My advice is to trust your body and make sure you sleep if you need to. If you feel very drowsy halfway through the day, make sure you get as much sleep as you can that night. Even if you no longer feel tired.

depends on your age. you can google it for accurate results but in my opinion, 8 hours is suitable for all ages.

adults need 6 to 9 hours per night. Around 7 to 7.5 hours of actual sleep (not counting time falling asleep and getting out bed) appears to be optimal for most people. But it depends. The amount of sleep each person needs depends on many factors, including age, health, recent physical exertion, and mental activity. There is genetic influence, too. Some people just need more sleep than others and this runs in families.

8 hours is necessary for anyone, 10 is recommended for a teen since you're developing. Sometimes you can't get as much sleep as you should, just remember that a good breakfast gives you energy for the rest of the day.

I would say that 7-8 hours is best. That is also what is advised by specialists. This helps you start the day positively and you can be healthy.

Most people need around 8 hours of sleep each night to feel fully rested, but every individual is different! Some days you might feel fine with seven, others you might need nine. Listen to your body and try to sleep enough that you wake up feeling energized and ready for the day!

Don't count hours, when you wake up naturally is how much you should sleep. Don't wake up using alarms if you want a good sleep
