Typically people get around 6-8 hours daily, but the times vary depending on the person, it's okay if you don't get exactly the right amount hours of sleep, but you could try to get more if it's affecting you.

That really depends on you. There isn't a set number of hours everyone needs, because everyone is different! What I've done to figure this out for myself is filling out a sleep diary for two weeks, noting how many hours I slept each night and how refreshed I felt the next day. That has helped me figure out what my optimal sleep amount looks like!

This really depends on the person, as there cases of several famous people who lived long while sleeping only 4 or 5 hours per night. I'd say for a normal person it's between 6 and 8, but if you need more I'd say it is okay, as long as you can function decently.

At least 6 hours sleep is necessary to function, but 8 hours sleep is preferable to feel energised and well rested!

8 hours is the recommended amount but it varies from person to person. The key thing is having a routine and making sure that the quality of sleep is good by avoiding technology before bed, not consuming too much caffeine/alcohol and winding down for half an hour before going to bed.

It is recommend that you sleep around 8/9 hours. I think that the amount of sleep you should be getting is different for each individual. I would personally recommend that you try to get to sleep before 9/10pm and wake up at around 7/8am. There are many studies suggesting going to bed at an normal time and waking up before or at sunrise can increase creativity and is a great way to start your day. I sleep for around 6/7 hours most of the time. This is not because I struggle sleeping or that I have to be awake for long periods of time. I function best on 6/7 hours of sleep. As I said earlier, everybody is different. Overall I would say that you should do whatever is best for you. If you feel energised and happy sleeping 7 hours that fine and if you prefer sleeping 10 hours that okay to. The only thing I would not recommend is over or under sleeping. Doing this can cause several health issues. It can affect your mood, your energy and can cause you to appear and feel more tired.

You should aim to get at least 9 hourse of sleep. You can sleep for 5-6 hours at night and then take an hour nap in the day; it boosts brain power

For adults, you should get around 8 hours of sleep, and for teens you should get around 10 hours of sleep. However, it depends on the person. You should be feeling refreshed when you wake up

The amount of sleep varies from person to person. Ideally everyone gets 6-8 hours. However, if you feel tired after a consistent sleep schedule, you may need a little more. On the other hand, if you feel energetic, you may be able to get away with a little less. Listen to your body.

There is no specific answer for this. Sleep is different from person to person and depends on things like how active you are, for example. One way to find out is to sleep and let your body wake up naturally. Make sure to remember what time you went to bed and woke up so you can find out how much you slept.

A small guideline is between 6 and 8 hours daily. But every person needs different amounts of sleep. If you have time, try to sleep at the same time for a few days at a time, without waiting for an alarm to wake you up. So you can find out what your perfect sleep time is.

Teenagers (14-17): 8-10 hours Younger adults / Adults (18+): 7-9 hours These are the guidelines by the sleep foundation! But ultimately it's about you and what you feel you need! If I have 7 hours of sleep I'm way too tired so I've learned that I need a little more :)

This differs from person to person, but 7 to 9 hours is generally considered good for healthy adults. Going to bed at the same time every evening is one of the ways to help regulate your sleeping pattern.

Depending on age, teenagers should get approximately 8 to 10 hours of sleep, and young adults (from 17 to 25) should get 7 to 9 hours. Adults need the same amount of sleep as young adults do.

Typically, healthcare providers recommend 7.5-8 hours, but everyone is different. If you are sick, drained, stressed, struggling, etc. you may need a little more time to rest your body :) I would say try to aim for at least 7 hours every night.

That depends on your body. Some people need up to 10 hours of sleep while some people need only 6. Listen to your body, you know it better than anybody else.

About 6 hours - but sometimes you can sleep 10 - 12 hours and still are tired - this can be caused by waking up within a "wrong" sleep phase. Sleep Apnea can cause trouble - or a simple thing like waking up from an alarm clock instead of naturally.

It depends on a lot of factors such as age, metabolism, body type and other hormonal activities. But in general, one should try to get atleast 6 hours of sleep everyday. However, if it is not sufficient please do everything to get the best sleep possible because sleeping well is very very important to have a healthy body and mind.

I believe it's different for everyone. Some people are okay with 4 hours and for some people 9 hours are not enough. Try to find the right amount of sleep that is the most suitable for you. But in general I'd say maybe 7-8 hours.
