it's so damn hard - to hold onto this idea that I am Not an object ...anymore. But that was just core to me for so long...and, I guess, in some minds, I still am - even thought I claim I am Not.

@blissedNblessed It is hard to hold onto. All the evidence we have points to those things - so we have to replace it with new evidence. Easier said than done though but you'll get there
