Have you witnessed someone taking time to help talk someone down in a room, or noticed someone answering questions in the forums? Someone may have sent you a personalized message when you needed it. These moments of going above and beyond should be captured when they’re seen and challenge you all to note them and share them here!
Tag the person, “catching them” in the act of kindness, and with every tag let’s pay it forward, one good deed at a time.

I remember when we both were in Grief Support what a tremendous impact your carefully conceived images could have. How people hurting much would feel greatly comforted and understood by them.

It makes me super happy that my note made you feel good. What I say about you is true and evident, visible for all to see. It’s a reflection of what we all see in you. I am nothing but a mirror.
And yes, that you mention me is such a privilege! In contrast with your steadfast presence, I have not been very active supporting people in the Forums lately, and I feel bad about it. So your post reminds me of that part of me that I miss. That's so heartwarming, and makes me hopeful that I will come back and be again deserving of your lovely and reassuring words!
@HealingTalk You are more deserving than you know! <3 Please don't ever think otherwise and you shouldn't have to feel guilty. You have inspired me and so many others here. You have made an impact in our lives and I value what you do. It shouldn't matter when it was. If you miss a part of you, you can always go back to you. Look at me: I literally walked away from all my roles and everything to pursue self care. I battled between staying or leaving, went as far as deactivating, and then came back. Part of me misses my past roles, but I know I don't need the actual label to continue just being me through the forums. Marcelo, sometimes in life we outgrow certain things and find ourselves in a new chapter in our lives. That is perfectly ok to do. I say all this to say: never forget the value you bring. Never forget how wonderful and amazing of a person you are. Never forget how loving and selfless you were of your time devoted to helping and inspiring others. Past, current, and future... you have so much to bring. In whatever capacity you choose to help others now, it's still makes you special in my eyes and I think you are great! <3 Again, you are so deserving, my friend!

I want to apologize for my late response. I got to see your wonderful forum post, your gift 🎁 to me. I started feeling ill Wednesday afternoon and haven't been around much in the last few days as sometimes it was hard to even lift my head. The little bit of energy I had, I knew I needed to keep it in reserves for self care (and I know that you would have wanted it that way) ❤️ .
I'm a big believer in that the universe will bring to you exactly what you need and when it is that you need it! Every day I have been counting you in my gratitude moments, feeling physically bad, but with a heart full of joy that someone out there cares about me, someone out there thinks I'm pretty neat! Rest assured, the feeling is so very mutual.
