Is it yucky outside? It's cold and wet here. I know I kind of need some sunshine or it makes me sad. Sometimes though - you're sad for no reason at all - sometimes it's too many things that you cant just pinpoint what it is

Actually been pretty warm and sunny for the most part. Hope it warms up for you soon. I guess Ive been thinking a lot about things that have been cancelled because of the virus, and people I miss— though at the same time I dont feel like talking to anyone so idk. My counselor said that now I have a lot more time with my thoughts, which is true and probably isnt helping matters. Trying to get by

@ThePizza I imagine it must be hard for you. This has totally messed up life as you knew it. Going to school and swim meets - being able to hang out with friends. It would make anyone sad - and you're right having that much time alone with your thoughts probably isn't helping. There's not much in the way of distractions when you're stuck in a house all the time. I can understand not wanting to talk to people too - I hope you remember though that people are there for you - if or when you need them

So I'm anxious but IDk - there's some underlying sadness I think - maybe it's defeat - resignation. It wears on me sometimes - the messages . In a way she's like a dementor - feeds off the sorrow and discord and shame - slowly sucking out your soul
