I suck at this. Since the pandemic, I have struggled with basic hygiene. I'm also really bad at mindfulness activities. It's very hard for me to focus. My self care activity will be posting on 7 cups a few times. I'm glad I found this app. It's been surprisingly helpful. Maybe this is my mindfulness activity.

@gloomySunshine4673 I take a shower in the dark. Sometimes I bring in a salt lamp or crystals. It’s calming and easy on the eyes.
