...See more Hi 👋🏽 I’m trying to keep my mind occupied as I’ve been having lots of thoughts lately. Most times I read, take a walk, sit by my plant but this doesn’t take up most of the day and I rarely sleep at noon. What can I do to keep busy please?

...See more Hi, I think I’m getting depressed. I’ve lost the interest in everything and everyone, even my partner irritates me easily. I just feel like nothing’s working for me and it’s so overwhelming and stressful I want to shut it all out. I’m not quite sure how to feel like myself again, I’m just so exhausted now, I need a win.

...See more Hi, I hope this is an appropriate group to send this and if not my apologies 🙏🏽 I left my previous job in October last year as it was draining my mental health, I could just be getting to work and already counting how many hours I had left to endure. Yh, it was that bad and I don’t regret my decision. But, I’ve been out of job since then and I’ve tried learning new skills and everything I can to keep busy but on days when I can’t help it, how do I deal with all the stress that comes with job hunting? I’m just here telling myself tomorrow could be the day, it’s been many morrows yo 🥲
