I'm on Step 180 and I'm learning that self care helps me to feel better about myself when I practice it consistently.

I'm still learning about mindfulness and patience. I'm getting better about slowing down and making time for myself. I get frustrated sometimes though, it's like I get the idea of what the lesson is teaching but it's so hard to put into practice.

This place really helped me take things slowly and not let myself over-think and spiral into a breakdown.

I have had this app for a few days.. I felt like I couldnt post nothing and I just kept crying as I read different posts. I couldn't believe that I am not the only one that feels this way but it also made me cry more because it sucks that we have depression. But I finally started posting... so that's something.

@hellosomeone1

I have had this app for 4 years, I was using it when I have severe mental breakdown usually and I have never posted anything I felt like I don't fit in even here. This is my first post, the website helped me get through hard times so I decided today to use the most of it, to heal and change.

@GlenM, One thing I have learned is to stay out of the member comm room and the 24/7 support room. They are frequently out of control with people behaving badly and that upsets me. I've learned my boundaries for 7cups. I get good support from the sharing circles.
