i made it through my first round of antidepressants
I've learned that it's okay to ask for help when I need it
@brightHickory7725. Yes. We cannot/should not feel we have to do this alone.
i've realised that mindfulness sessions help me calm down and boost my creativity! and my creativity helps me to cope with my intrusive thoughts..
Something I have learned so far is that negative thinking leads into a cycle of negative thoughts and actions - something that I had experienced before but didn't really recognize. Now I try to more positive in my thinking so prevent that cycle.
Thought and emotion are not separate entities. The way you think is the way you feel.

@GlenM To exercise regularly
I've learned that I dont have to agree with my therapist on part of her treatment approach and it's good for me to challenge the direction of my healing.
I'm not sure. I think I'm more aware of the signs telling me that I'm probably getting more depressed and should take some kind of action now to avoid it. Like if I'm driving a car and all the road signs warn me that the bridge up ahead is damaged, it would be a better move to turn back the way I came instead of continuing to drive.
Just reached level 14 on my path for separation :-)
Step 190.
i learned that staying committed to my 7cups path really helps!
