ive just been trying to keep up with my mindfulness exercises. Being kind to myself. Meditating a lot to help keep me centered and in the present and Ive begun journaling daily

Step 180 (I think). I've learned that 7cups' user interface makes it difficult to see the post one is replying to, and difficult to tell (if one is already behind) whether one has done the day's growth path exercise, making it hard to maintain a streak. I'm pretty much not bothering at this point.

@stressBear I completely agree, the user interface is absolutely wanting .... not great at all

@RucciRoo I'm definitely staying with the site -- the main reason I joined is so that I could have a therapist -- but probably won't be doing the growth path exercises much any more, since they repeat and I've done them all several times now. II'll drop in to the forums occasionally because I like being helpful.

I'm learning to better handle my anger! I'm not an angry person, so when it comes around it can be a very powerful wave. I'm learning not to resist it, and to listen to it. It is merely a guide.

Many people, including myself, associate their worth with their job and how that is where some of my anxiety stems from.

I have to say I relate with this completely. Slowly but surely, I find Im conquering this though. There is hope, you WORK TO LIVE, not LIVE TO WORK.
