We present to you Peer Appreciation Program where you can observe and appreciate good qualities in a 7cups peer. The peer could be any fellow cupser- a fellow member, a fellow listener, anyone on cups basically or yourself, yes, you can appreciate yourself as well. Read more about it Here (clickable). β€

The following notes are from people who wish to keep their identity unknown. It is my hope that each of the individuals that I tag see just how special they are. It is also my hope that Anonymous knows that he/she is absolutely amazing for taking the time to think of others.

It does not surprise me that another appreciation note is dedicated to you. I mean, look at you! Every single day you come on here and be the best version of you! From the way you talk, the way you type, just the overall way you interact with others... you show just how awesome of a person you are!
