About me-
Hey, I'm Nia and I'm 15. I am Christian. I struggle with Mental Health problems myself and I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression and have prominent signs of PTSD and ADHD. My mum used to be and still is very mentally abusive. My mum has emotionally and physically abused me which has damaged our relationship to the point where we don't really have one. I'm trained in CPR resuscitation, Makaton (sign language used whilst talking), Seizure first aid and regular first aid.
My sexuality is straight. I am vegetarian and believe in cruelty free products.
I love football and I am a massive football fan, I support; Brighton and Hove Albion and Spurs. I enjoy playing Fortnite and FiFA! I love going out for bike rides with close family as a way of releasing stress. I also enjoy coloring/drawing/sensory toys and helps me cope with my anxiety.

In the beginning I remain quiet, In order to understand what exactly is going on.
Then, I begin asking open ended questions, in order to understand the issue better and in case I feel like there are some parts that need to be filled.
The next thing I do is try to reflect back to what you've said and show an understanding attitude towards you.
At times, I also share my own issues to make you feel more comfortable in the chat and to show you relatable stories.
