Hospital Stories for @Tinywhisper11
@Tinywhisper11 is in the hospital (please don’t remove this post; Tiny gave me express permission in another chat to tell people she’s in the hospital, and she’s looking forward to this post!), and she’s bored out of her mind. Can everyone rally together to entertain her, please?
Make up a short story, tell her about something funny that happened in your childhood, discuss something that’s happened recently in the world, send her a story like from Aesop’s fables, send her an update on your life… It doesn’t matter what it is, just give her something interesting or funny or whatever to read while she’s bored in the hospital.
Also, please note that she may not respond, at least for awhile, because she’s still in the healing process. But know that she’s reading all of it and enjoying it, and she loves and is grateful for all of you! <3
Thank you <3
@jesusredeemedme2425 Hey @TinyWhisper11 Here's a really cool website full of stories. Most are really good lol. https://everydayfiction.com/ You're such a wonderful friend. I'm so glad God brought you into my life. Love you, buddy! btw my back still hurts from the first time you hugged me lol
@WellsFiction aww that's sweetie ❤❤
@TinyWhisper11 I read this a long time ago. It still makes me laugh (tw) for language
Having been burgled in the past, we turned on a 'night light' and the answering machine, then put the cat in the backyard. When our cab arrived, we walked out our front door and our rather tubby cat scooted between our legs inside, then ran up the stairs. Because our cat likes to chase our budgie we really didn't want to leave them unchaperoned so my husband ran inside to retrieve her and put her in the back yard again.
Because I didn't want the taxi driver to know our house was going to be empty all evening, I explained to him that my husband would be out momentarily as he was just bidding goodnight to my mother. A few minutes later he got into the cab all hot and bothered, and said (to my growing horror and amusement) as the cab pulled away.
"Sorry it took so long but the stupid b*tch was hiding under the bed and i had to poke her a** with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off so i grabbed her by the neck and wrapped her in a blanket so she wouldn't scratch me like she did last time. But it worked! I hauled her fat *** down the stairs and threw her into the backyard....she had better not sh*t in the vegetable garden again."
The silence in the taxi was deafening....

Hi Tiny,
How are you dear friend? I hope you are feeling better everyday and will soon be out of hospital.
I have many hospital stories I can tell you from when I was young.
i guess the nicest one I can remember was my first crush. I must have been about 12 yrs old at the time and I was in a dormitory ward with other kids. I recall there were rooms where they put the really sick kids that need their own room and in one of those rooms was a girl whose name I can still remember. Her name was Vanessa and I was smitten from the first moment I started talking with her.
I remember doing everything for Vanessa. Being at her bedside anytime she needed something done. I would bring in the phone for her when she wanted to call her parents and get things for her because she couldn’t get out of bed and of course I was with her every chance I had.
It was all pretty innocent since we were only 12 yrs old. The nurses knew what was going on and would smile at me and make little comments but I didn’t care.
Anyway, eventually, I was discharged from hospital after being there for two weeks or so with an internal elbow bleed. We said goodbye and we never saw each other again. I sometimes think about Vanessa and hope she is married with a family and happy. I doubt she would remember me. I think she was a bit too young to understand that I had a crush on her. Girls don’t like boys at those ages.
I wanted to share this story with you as it holds a special memory for me.
If there is a handsome someone you may have met there who comes in and sits with you day after day and does things for you and fusses over you, make sure you get his number . 🙂🫂
Get well soon dear.

This is absolutely the sweetest thing anyone could do for someone, this made me tear up reading this.
Well I have something funny for you @tinywhisper11
When I was a child, my sister and I would pull pranks on each other, somehow our dad would get involved ( i dont know how) but I distinctly remember I got our dad in a subtle way. I put small hints of salt in the sugar for his coffee. I shook it up so it was evenly dispensed through the sugar, and he went on drinking the coffee for a solid few days XD. He did not notice the salt till the last day, because in his words " man i could not stop figuring out why I was getting sweet and salty latte in the morning, now I know" Thinking back to this moment still makes me laugh/snort lol
@InsightfulPhoenix 😂😂😂😂 sounds like you and your family had alot of fun😁❤ Thank you for sharing ❤hugs you tightly ❤
One time when i was six years old i ate so much brownies and was rlly thirsty. I walked around the hotel room to find a bottle of water and i did fine one. In the bathroom. And i chug like half the bottle down, only to realize that was indeed not water. it was dish soap. My momma saw me and grabbed me to the toulet bowl and forced my to vomit it out, i vomitted the soap and my brownied out. My dad sked me what soap tasted like and i said it was rlly sour, immediately after that i went back to eating brownies and playing playdoh
