I'm interested in stress management, I think it is what a lot of people deal with in almost half of their life situation and it is a gate of learning more deeply about other kinds of issues.
@Wildarkberry
Hi, Wildarkberry. Good luck on your chosen topic. Stress management will certainly reach a wider audience because it will provide benefits in various aspects of life once practiced.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
Mention which area you are interested in developing content for and why
- stress management
- anxiety
In my past, I have experienced periods of anxiety. Since so many individuals suffer from anxiety and sadness, I can write an article based on personal experience.
It was a long journey before I learned to deal with stress.@helpfulmindful88
Hi friend, good luck on your topics, and thank you for being vulnerable and expressing your past experiences <3

I would like to develop contents that centered around Stress—exploring its nuances and effective coping mechanisms. My personal journey has highlighted how overwhelming, intrusive thoughts can significantly impact our lives. I believe that mastering the art of handling these stressful thoughts can foster a healthier and more productive lifestyle.
Furthermore, I want delving deeper into anxiety and depression, ones I've been navigating for some time. I would like to share insights that can benefit everyone also having these experiences.
@HachiBee
I look forward to read your insights. All the very best for your upcoming journey.
Thanks for being here and helping us.
There's something that is a relationship and it the most important kind but never really gone into anywhere. The relationship with yourself. It's the most critical relationship. Depending on your status with yourself all your relationships with other people will be effected. This would also allow me to go into the concept of the Self development by Jung and becoming a whole person we are all so fragmented. The founder of 7 Cups...I never remember his name...he had a message not long ago and he was using Jung terms so it a pro Jung site. My exploring the relationship with yourself. And the concept of Self... becoming a whole well integrated person I will be introducing members and listeners to two critical things and teaching new terms that hopefully listers will use. Excuse this typing. I'm on my phone and the keyboard glitches. This would also fulfill a request I had to have an opportunity to teach. I'm already a writer. I edit when asked.

I would like to develop content on emotional abuse and eating disorders.
We might extend to stress and depression as well.
First two are something that I have dealt with and conquered hence would like to share ways to overcome from it.
Others, I am going through and can very well empathize to provide support.
@enigmaticpanda4152
Your decision to create content on emotional abuse and eating disorders reflects your strength and resilience. Keep up the great work my friend, and your willingness to help others is truly inspiring!
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I'm interested in developing content on anxiety, depression, phobias, and stress. These topics are significant as they impact many lives, and providing information, coping strategies, and support can make a positive difference in people's mental well-being.
@WeEarth There definitely isn't enough information in the community about phobias. That's a great content topic. I could go so much deeper into it but this isn't the time. It would add to the little amount of content. Definitely over a centurie's worth of theory to resort to for research.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I am interested in developing content on stress and how to manage and cope with it. I feel that stress is one of our most terrible enemies: mind, body and soul. People dealing with a mental illness have episodes triggered by stress. It also has consequences for people without mental illness. Of all these consequences and shortened life span is a result of some of them. People just aren't well informed about managing and coping. Also, I would like to write on something surprisingly not on the list and that is bipolar disorder and all its types. And all the self-care that is beneficial as well as warning signs for an episode.
Hello @ThoughtLight, Here are my reflections and feedback about your shared reasons:
- Your reason is clear and relevant, expressing your interest and motivation for developing content on stress and bipolar disorder.
- Your reason is informative and insightful, highlighting the importance and impact of stress and bipolar disorder on mental health and well-being.
- Your reason is empathetic and supportive, showing your concern and care for people dealing with these issues.
- Your reason could use some punctuation and grammar checks, as there are some missing commas and periods in the text. For example, "People dealing with a mental illness have episodes triggered by stress." should have a comma after "illness".
@ThoughtsBubbleExpress I have the hardest time with typing on the keyboard of my phone when working from it. One of my college majors is English yet still can't master the smartphone keyboard. Thank you.

@SoulfullyAButterfly
I am really interested in topics like depression, stress, relationship, family. Because these topics are more familiar to me.
@SoulfullyAButterfly I'm interested in writing about all disabilities, particularly the ADHD, and if you guys could add a section for cerebral palsy, that would be great because I would be very interested in that but for now I'm very interested in the autism
Nice ones @Countrygirl095 !
You know you can always talk about any subject you're interested in, although not stated above.
I do recommend you to focus on only one subject at a time. Although autsim and ADHD are both types of neurdiversity, focusing on only one particular subject is recommened, for a better quality and a more specific article, also to prevent burn-out and concentration issues.
