@SoulfullyAButterfly I think my area of interest are PTSD, Anxiety, and CBT. I have a pretty good understanding of PTSD and anxiety issues. I have some personal experience with both, and am interested in offering options available to manage them, like CBT and other strategies. i find supporting people with trauma related issues really rewarding.

After reading the content focus areas, mention which area you are interested in developing content for and why.
I am intersted in exploring PTSD therapies as an area in developing content. The reason behind it is because I recently got the opportunity to participate in PTSD research studies. These therapies have piqued my interest. If for any reason I change my mind, Id be glad to write on coping skills.
♡
@PetiteSouris
interesting areas!
@PetiteSouris
look a hard topic , but good luck with that
@PetiteSouris That's very interesting and would give a really good angle to write from. Forming part of the research as apposed to personal experience could give a really clear and clinical read which could be really helpful as it would contain no bias. I look forward to the article should you do ptsd.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
mention which area you are interested in developing content for and why
i like to help withe listeners , recovery , mindfulness , ibecause i have some experience in those topics given to my role in 7cups .
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I am particularly interested in developing content for depression and schizophrenia because I have personally experienced these conditions and I know how horrible and hard this is to deal with. Having firsthand knowledge of the challenges and misunderstandings that come with these mental health issues, I am passionate about providing accurate information, support, and resources to others facing similar struggles I don't want them to face something I do. My goal is to help reduce stigma, offer valuable insights, and create a compassionate community where individuals can find the understanding and help they need. By sharing my experiences and knowledge, I hope to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by depression and schizophrenia.
@Gargi07 Both are very powerful topics. Thank you for sharing. :)
@Gargi07 these are amazing reasons. I think having firsthand experience with the topics of your choosing can deepen the way you create the content itself, making it more relatable for those who are reading it! 💕
