@SoulfullyAButterfly I am interested in Addictions. Why? Because I had an alcohol addiction (3 years sober!).
@ScorpiaD
It is great how you want to talk about what you went through. It requires a great courage. Congrats for being sober for 3 years!
@Happysouled Thank you! I feel better about myself and even lost weight from quitting drink. Made a world of difference. :D
@ScorpiaD
that's so great. I am so happy for you. You are doing great!
@ScorpiaD
That would be very brave and inspiring :)
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I am interested in general mental health because there is still a topic which is not been discussed much as a seperate topic as well as in general mental health topic which i would like to talk about in the future and create a content on it.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I’m interested in anxiety and depression specifically because I have also suffered from them.
@AmbrosialElysian
i completely understand about writing about things you have experience with
@SoulfullyAButterfly
ADHD has always been a significant part of my life, shaping how I navigate the world. Living with ADHD means that staying organized and focused can be challenging, but it also brings unexpected strengths, like creativity and the ability to dive deep into topics I'm passionate about. I'm particularly interested in ADHD because it's often misunderstood. Many people see it as just being forgetful or hyperactive, but it's much more complex than that. By sharing my experience, I hope to help others understand that ADHD isn't just a hurdle—it's also a different way of thinking that can be powerful in its own right.
@Mellietronx I hope you can find and support ADHD-diagnosis people like you
@SoulfullyAButterfly
PTSD, Autism, LGBTQ+, Disabilities, Anxiety.
i would like to to cover these topics as i personally live with these and know how had it can be to find good support by people who knows what its like to go through
@SoulfullyAButterfly
Depression, because I know some friends who suffered from it and I couldn't provide them with enough support.
That's a nice reason. It sounds like something that could push you through when the assignment gets tough
OCD, ADHD, Coping skills, etc and such, because I've seen a lot of the same (valuable) content on it but have to put in extra effort for things deeper the basics

I would like to focus on CBT, Coping Skills, and Self Esteem since I believe learning more about these things might benefit me in so many ways. After all, these things are important in mental health recovery in general, so they can be implemented in a lot of different scenarios to help myself and others.
@sweetnutella
I love the topics you've chosen and the reason behind it. Recovery is definitely something we need to focus more on.
@SoulfullyAButterfly I am interested in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, CBT, family and relationship. The reason is i have gone through some experience in my life and i am about to pursue psych major to become a psychologist so i am interested in academia
@SoulfullyAButterfly reviewing the lists, areas that stood out for me were body image, forgiveness, ptsd and emotional abuse.
The first 1 is one I'm interested in and as a female, I believe that many females have distorted self image. We make great friends to a lot of people, forgetting to treat ourselves with that same kindness.
Forgiveness is something that is part of life, it interests me insofar as, it can be helpful but it is not always necessary for your recovery, unless self forgiveness is considered. and then it is very necessary.
Ptsd and emotional abuse, I've first hand experience of and worked through both, eventually, so this would be where I would be comfortable.
