how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

3 days😀 actually a big thing for me.
@avasilly12 I am so happy to hear it! Three days - it's something! It's a huge step in your recovery path and I believe you are strong enough to take even more!
@alexaners7734 you already know it, but I am so proud of you! Self harm free for almost one years - that's a lot! Keep fighting, I know you can achieve 1 year and even more!

Almost a year
1 day... I made it to a little over 3 months without it, that's the longest I've ever went. I ruined that streak though... I thought I was over the addiction but I guess not...
2days. Went thru a bad spell for a few days but got some support and things looking brighter, learning new ways to cope and calm myself down 😊 trying not to dwell on the cuts of the days before that and move on. I know itll be hardest when the wounds fade and i cant feel it anymore but im staying positive for the moment at least
@BerryHugs I love your attitute, it is important to stay positive even when things seems to be hard! I hope you are doing righ and you took this night clean :)
