how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

About 6 months, but i've been thinking about it for weeks
@Anett I want to say that I am so proud of you! I know it makes you upset that it comes to your mind again and again but you should be positive about it - you are still clean, right? You are stronger than these thoughts! What do you usually do when it comes to your mind?
1 month. having a really hard time, but going on holiday in 1,5 week so I have no choice.. I'm really afraid what's gonna happen when I'm back
@aquaChestnut9707 yes it's much easier to fight with demons when you are in a different place. Being at homes are usually bringing back feelings back, but do you think you can cope with them? You are so strog for taking 1 month self harm free and I do believe you can take even longer! What kind of coping you do usually use to stop the urgues? :)
@RaCat tbh I don't think I can cope with them, I'm a danger to myself if I'm honest.. and I don't really have a coping mechanism

Has anyone got any coping stategies i have been selfharming since i was ten im now thirteen and i feel like i have tried everything and nothing but selfharm helps Please help meππππ

I know a few
Squeezing an ice cube (or something cold) until.the urge stops.
Flicking a rubber band on your wrist
When you feel the urge, mark or draw on yourself (a red marker is the best since it's red)
Rip up paper (write down your negative thoughts and then rip it up)
Take a cold shower (or splash yourself in the face with cold water)
Talk to someone
Do the 5 minute rule. Say outloud "I will wait 5 minutes until I hurt myself." When 5 mintues is over, give yourself another five, until the urge stops
And after the urge has passed, give yourself an award! (Fav food, fav song to listen to, relaxing bath, exc)

It's been a full week for me now. Almost to the minute. I struggled over the weekend, but made it through.
@Seaturtle08 sorry for the late reply, but I am really proud of you! We all know how hard it is for you to stay clean and cope with your demons, but you can do it. Self harm is never an answer and I am happy to hear that you are trying to feel better <3

IF i make it 2marro, 2marro will be my 1yr. mark.
i hav 1 more day 2 go b4 i can truely say i hav been clean from sh for 1yr.!!!!!!!!!!
and it is stressing me out.
