how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)

I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

@BerryHugs I am glad to hear you are feeling better. It is always hardest to take first 21 days but I believe you can do that, my dear! Always remember you can contact with a listener whenever you need a support or distraction :)

You are all an inspiration! Can you share how you get through the first 24 hours? I've tried cold showers, breathing exercises, guided meditation, rubber bands, taking walks and drawing butterflies. TIA! And I'll get there one day too 🙂

@Kalimalayek for me, i use art. I draw, paint or whatever. Basically anything that uses my hands and i keep going until im so tired i dont have the energy to sh.

@Kalimalayek i had 2 move out of the house b4 i could go 3months w\o and after the 3months it got a lot easier, even tho its stilll really hard.

@Kalimalayek find a way 2 remove urself from stress. thats how i got as far as i am.

@Kalimalayek I sometimes use a red pen to draw lines on my skin when I feel the urge and then run it under water... It creates the idea of blood pouring without any pain etc
