how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)

I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

@aquaCity1140 wow, it's amazing! I know it took a lot to stay self harm free for that long but you are doing amazing! Dont stop, keep fighting!

@RaCat the fact that i AM so close but yet so far away from being at my 1yr. mark, is the reason im stressing out.

@alexaners7734 I can understand how stressful it is, but don't think about this remark, think about distractons and it would be easier. Just keep going through this day by day, step by step and you will reach 1 year and even more. i was 69 days free and I relapsed. Now Im 3 days free.

@peacefulMusic8 it's ok to relapse sometimes. It's the part of recovery so don't blame yourself about that. Just pick your up and do even more now! I am proud of you, always remember her!

I've finally made it 4 years. It's been a long hard fight, but last week made it 4 years since I've self harmed.

still 11months 1 week no sharp objects(cutting) tho!! :)

@alexaners7734 yes, sadly these things are also concidered as self-harm, but it's not tat bad as cutting, so I am proud of you
