...See more I have been struggling with these feelings, and mood swings, and people coming in and out of my life although I try everything in my power to make them stay. I thought that I may have been bipolar, only after learning that my mother was, but after learning more information about BPD, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me sort out if I am or not, to help me feel not so alone with my feelings anymore. If anyone has any information that could help me out, I would be very greatful! Thanks for reading this.

...See more I am proud of myself because I am 2 weeks self harm free, and that's the longest I've been free for months. And I feel like I might actually be able to stop.
