For today's activity, we will be doing a self-esteem checkup to see where how high or low our self-esteem is and how we can improve it!
Activity
Rate from 0 to 5 how much you believe each statement. 0 means you do not believe it and 5 means you completely believe it.

My score is definitely lower than I wanted from a mental wellbeing point of view, so I am going to try to implement more self-love initiatives into my life, like saying something I life about myself every week!

For pretty much all these things to move up and improve in score it would be the more I get better, am able to advocate for myself and acquire and achieve the things I am lacking and/or have not been able to have in my life. (working on addressing the dimensions of wellness that need the most attention is still a problem because of a lot of external issues)
