Hello laiba
Actually I have been listening to music today and there is a sentence that I like it
"What easy comes ,easy go"
I like it
@Hope My favourite is a bit different. I seen a quote somewhere that said "Give it to God, and go to sleep". Changed my life a lot and i use it to calm myself every time i have a gigantic anxiety. And it really works. I have gone to bed a lot of times being anxious over undone things and stuff and next day, magically, the class i had no stuff for got canceled. And i have a lot of simular experiences of to me seemingly drowning anxiety getting solved when i went to bed with this quote in mind
Not sure if this falls under the topic of the thread, but its a quote i try to use daily...the 5x5 rule: While there are a few different ways this is presented on the internet(Google 5x5 rule), what it boils down to is....
If it won't matter in 5 years, don't spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it.
@CyclingThroughLife
i go by this as well, and every time i see my partner stressing i always ask him this.. “will it matter 5 years from now?” or “is there something you can do about it now?” if his answer is no, i’ll tell him, “then stop worrying about it”
thanks for sharing this 🫶🏽
“You can waste your lives drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them.” ―Shonda Rhimes

What a powerful quote! 🌟 It encourages us to step outside our comfort zones and embrace new experiences rather than limiting ourselves. Thank you for sharing this inspiring thought! 💪✨
SO HARD TO PICK JUST ONE!! But I’ve always really loved this one.
Men aren't trash. Women aren't crazy. Everyone is damaged.
Most are distracted.
Everyone needs healing.
Not everyone is aware of what and how to heal. Nobody has all of the answers.
Be patient. Be transparent.
Be compassionate. Be open to love. Be the light.❤️
