You may face what is called burnout during your journey. You may have already faced this in your real life. Burnout is very real and must be recognized. You can't help fuel someone else when your tank is empty, after all!

I learned I'm open to new experiences, value harmony, I prefer small social settings and manage stress well.

Burnout Prevention Path

I completed 5 steps on the burnout prevention path:

  1. Recognized signs of burnout.
  2. Set boundaries to balance time.
  3. Practiced self-care with breaks and enjoyable activities.
  4. Sought support from friends and fellow listeners.
  5. Reflected on and adjusted my workload.
