What's your most recent achievement?
ive been getting around more and talking to people, not to mention coming out to more people around me and working on developing my art style more (art normally calms me down oops)
My goal is to start helping myself as much as i help others. This way I might come out of my shell and stop panicking with every little thing!
Also, I'm proud that I actually helped a classmate to reduce self-harming! An achivement that makes me feel that I matter☺
@aquaFig8236 - You do matter! And not just because you helped your classmate (which is an incredible thing), but also because you, on your own, regardless of what you do or don't do for others, just matter! You're important and I'm so happy to hear that you're trying to help yourself as well as others now!
Won my first race ever, at an altitude of 11,500 feet. It was a duathlon. Also achieved my highest altitude yet, ~ 18,500 feet, on a mountain climbing expedition. Never knew 46 would be that interesting.
I am insecure about my singing and playing but I managed to sing loudly today for our recording session. I'm glad that I did it and I feel more inspired to practice and be better 😺
@teapls - That's so great! As a singer myself, I know that even when feeling insecure, your voice will always sound better when sung confidently. :)
@Anomalia yes. When I feel shy u try to tell myself that if people are gonna hear it, might as well make it worth their time and mine 😂
I got selected as a core member in my College Cultural Committee! 😁
@DoneThat - WOW, congratulations! What does that role entail?
@Anomalia Thank you! ☺ You need to organize college fests. And when your college participates in event of other college, you need to help the college band and the dance team and organize everything for them. I have been working for this post for more than two years now and finally I got selected after do much of hard work! 😌
@DoneThat - WOW! That's a lot of responsibility, and sounds like an awesome role for you! Congratulations again and good luck!
@Anomalia Thank you so much! ☺
I have started University again after almost two years of stopping!
@Kiwi500 - Good for you! I know it can be hard to get going again after a while away, but it's really wonderful to hear you're back in school. Good luck with your studies!
@Anomalia Thanks 😄
I just got invited to a dental school interview this Friday...the fact that I might actually have a chance after all my hard work and the last year being so stressful and anxiety filled makes me feel like it may have been worth it
So resently got a bus, a boat and a train by my self... It's the first time iv been travelling with out anyone and was a big personal achievement as I have bad anxiety then travelling. So yeah it might seem like a small thing to alot of people but to me it's a giant goal/problem I have overcome.
@HatsEatYou - CONGRATULATIONS on overcoming that anxiety! The first time I travelled alone, I was definitely really nervous, but I think it can be such a confidence booster to get through it and know that you can take care of it all!
@Anomalia It is definitely a great feeling to know I can overcome things I never tough I would do in a million years. Thanks for the support it means a lot to me.
Its been a little over a werk since i fought with my hisband. And let my anxiety come before my family. Thanks to this site
