I've learned to seek out things to substitute for that feeling. For instance, the feeling of control and balance that I feel after a really good workout beats the hell out of feeling like garbage the next day. On Saturday, I'll be 50 days away from it, and I love how I feel without it in my life.

Well, I have learned that, we all have problems but we are selfish thinking about ourselves and forgetting about the rest. It could also be, that we need to repair ourselves, rather than go to help others.
