@GlenM

I am making myself the best person I can be, despite the struggles of depression, family and friends.

Step 100! Here's to 100 more. I'm not my past. I can get up when I fall down. I can acknowledge the anger but I don't have to carry it around with me. It's only another part of who I am and I don't have to react and personalize.

I took my time with this one, I did in steps, failed, tried other methods, I still don't have it exactly right but that's ok 🙂 I am working on it slowly and patiently. Not sure if we can chat here, but if we can, I don't mind sharing what I know.

accepting your problems and reaching for help instead of denying them will make the healing process SO much easier
