...See more Hi, I have suffering of anxiety for a couple of years now, and it has affected my professional life. I have been getting slowly better, but a few weeks ago following some family event, my anxiety has been spiking again, I found new things to worry about like every second day. I feel I worry about something start to get over it, and then I find something else, many linked to mistakes, which I think might affect my futur. I am trying to deal with it, but it is hard. I decided to move closer to my familly in a few weeks hoping that I would get more support. I would really like to hear from people who recover from anxiety, I need to hear that it can be better. And maybe advices that work. Thanks
