Fun and recharging are equally important to working hard to get better.
Fake it until you make it, but I haven't made it yet.
@GlenM That I should keep trying and go on...
During this period, I am going through a very difficult time, as I am subjected to pressures and threats in my work, once with dismissal from work, once with a salary deduction, and at another with a transfer to another place. My colleagues at work always convey to me bad news and bad words that my bosses say about me at work, I do not know if my colleagues are telling me this with the intention of helping me or increasing the pressures that I face on me, but the result of all this is that I cannot bear and lose my temper permanently and I feel chronically sick. I also face some difficulties in postgraduate studies, as a result of the approaching of my exams, the sudden increase in the research that I have to study, my constant feeling of difficulty reaching the stage of registration for masters and doctorates, and my constant feeling that my dreams will soon collapse and my career is destroyed.
@DinaElwy I am so sorry to hear that and you are so strong! If you ever need someone to talk to, i will be here! you got this
Trying to stay positive and taking it one day at a time.
@generousPeach8650 of course! that's a great thing to do
I have learned to be less judgemental.
I hope I'm posting to the right place, to share what I've learned. The exercises taught me to let things go and to practice self care. Both have been helpful.
i think i have made this post like 19 times but...
MEDS.
STOP QUITTING TAKING YOUR MEDS WHEN YOU FEEL BETTER.
STOP QUITTING YOUR MEDS WHEN YOU FEEL BAD THINKING, THIS WILL NEVER GET BETTER.
JUST TAKE YOUR STUPID MEDS.
LOL.
I've learnt to live in the now. It simplifies things and diminish the worry
I've learned that this journey takes time and daily effort. You won't change overnight just like you didn't become who you are overnight. I've realized that I feel better when I control my thoughts and focus on the things I'm grateful for. Setbacks are normal just don't stay there. I like to fill my time with things that make me laugh or feel good. My standards have changed. I don't like to be around or in any form of drama.
@iwanttowakeup I can agree.
