live day to day building on the accomplishments of the previous day. Be willing to forgive both yourself and others.if you believe in God make it a primary goal to know God. This world is fallen and cruel. There is suffering everywhere. Be willing to help others even if you are not sure what you can do.

I've learned some things but to be honest the growth path now is just the same activities over and over.

i can change a bad mood or a low, by changing my perseption of me and what is going on

@GlenM

Realizing about how my perfectionism leads me to generate excuses that fuel procrastination! The whole "I'm not ready yet to do this", "the conditions are not right yet", "maybe enother time if things get better", etc. rather than being resourceful and working with what I have now towards that goal!

I learned to anchor myself in my faith and it gives me the strength to keep pressing on despite all the trials, setbacks, and disappointments. I still have seasons of anxiety and depression, but I'm able to overcome it because of my faith, I just press into it, hold onto the truths, words that give life to my soul, encourages me and comforts me in my time of grief. I learn to forgive myself when I am weak and fail. I learn to forgive others also because they are also human like me and fail.

Some days are better than others. But, I just keep it moving.
