Wow! That's amazing and inspiring!
I don't have a big story to share, but I can say that I am finally figuring out how to balance all of my work and and my anxiety which has been keeping me from doing things. But now I feel like I have finally learned the way to cope with it in a way that doesn't block me from other things.
Hope everyone is having a great day! :)

That's awesome!
I learned that I am not special or different. I am just an average person like everyone else. I am still trying to grasp that tho.( thnx Mark Manson)
That's awesome!
I have learned about the importance of taking care of yourself before helping others. As someone once said, you can’t pour from an empty cup. I hope all listeners take this into their hearts.
@evaisheretolisten
We hear you <3
@evaisheretolisten I forgot about that quote, and I really needed to hear it, so thank you 😊
That's awesome!
Hey everyone!
My achievement was finally getting support from my school. I go to sixth form (I live in the UK and it it's like 2 years before you go to uni) and the jump from high school to sixth form was really personally challenging for me. I'm someone who works well with routine and being suddenly in an atmosphere where independence and being relaxed are more focused on, I found myself slipping academically. But next year I'm being given a new timetable to help me and even support with my panic attacks! My only worry is studying over the christmas holiday...I have mock exams in Jan and it's a little daunting. But I am going to try my best to study. Wish me luck and thanks for reading! (If you finished this boring story teehee)
Hey @littleberry16. Transitioning from years of top-down structure in school to the first experience of independence is a little daunting at first. For me there were always questions going through my head like "What should I be doing right now?" combined with "There's too much to be done and too little time." It's normal though, and I think almost everyone feels that way; some are just experts at hiding it. Just know that it will get better eventually as you figure things out, especially since you seem quite sharp and self-aware! Let me know if you'd like to chat about anything and best of luck.
That's awesome!
@littleberry16 Wish you the best of luck!
@littleberry16
Wishing you the best of luck!
I am so proud of myself because I finally got an average that I am proud of, although it sometimes leaves me worried because it pressures me to do better or the same average as before but I am so proud. Before, although i cared about my grades, it was always good but not too good. But since I am in the track of now getting motivated to do good! Hopefully I will do great for my next average! thanks everyone
On New Years Eve someone drove into my parked car on the street outside of my office.. they totaled it. My job requires that I travel throughout the day from house to house with my personal car.. it took so many phone calls to get a rental car and I struggled with multiple days of trying to work without a car.. finally I landed a smokey smelling rental car.. the first day I had the rental car a deer ran into it. The next week, my boyfriend and I got into a huge fight (we never have huge fights). And then to top it off, the week after that, my 3 month old laptop broke. And somewhere in there I found out my car would be totaled and I’d have to empty it out. Since NYE, I have been REALLY stressed. I started blaming myself, I’d go to bed as soon as I got home from work (a place I hate) and ball up.. The more time that went on with this string of bad luck, the more I was falling back into my depression. A few days ago, I decided to take some time off of work to go look for a nee car to buy, which would probably give me car payments that I can’t afford. Well, in a time that seemed impossible, I found a car that was beautiful and in my budget! My boyfriend offered to help with all the calls of the laptop stuff, my parents offered to look at cars if there were any that I just couldn’t make it to, and a few of my colleagues offered emotional support or transportation. My friends empathized with me and helped me get through vents.. Honestly, I couldn’t have gotten through this without my friends and family.. the payments will be hard but I can get through it. A lot of stuff happened that I never expected to happen... but I learned to keep pushing through, try to stay positive, and know that the struggles will come to an end eventually... and honestly, to reach out when I need help.
That's awesome!
@GlenM To take a break from studying once in a while and not get too stressed out
