@GlenM
Just got my Verified Listeners Badge, and this is super meaningful to me because it ensures that I am indeed doing a good job of responding to members in a way that truly helps them. I was worried that by not offering advice, I wouldn't be helping much but with this badge, I am re-assured that I'm still being helping.
@sanjana1212 Thats amazing! well done!
I've learned that some days are better than others and those are the ones I live for :)
Patience with yourself really helps
My anxiety often makes me feel paralyzed. I feel like I can do nothing than sit around and worry. I learned to keep going, even when it is only small steps.
@Kirschkern
That is exactly how I have been feeling as well: debilitated. Reading is really the only thing that is getting me out of my head lately and listening to a podcast while doing chores. Remember baby steps are still steps!
@akay06
Reading is great!
I started to gamify my life. I give myself points for doing something, so it feels like a quest🙂
I am realizing that the more clearly I see myself, the more control I have over myself. But my best will not always be the top of my game. My best will be affected by my hormones, my health, things beyond my control. I have some control over how I deal with those things, but I am not all-powerful and it's ok to just do my best. Whatever that is.
Growth path level 100
I'm learning that I'm able to push myself to be better and to improve my health, especially with help from the supportive friends around me.
I have completed 7 days in a row.
I am starting to learn to focus on what's important, and not getting distracted with all the information on the screen about points, hearts, announcements, etc.
That I Can ideed be SH free. Yes I can handle emotions, even strong ones. Yes I can be healthy.
I'm learning that I need to focus on the areas of my life that I can change. By focusing on making positive changes one day at a time I can help lessen the negative thinking.
I've learned that if I reach out rather than keeping to myself, someone will be there
