Milestone 90!

I've learned that reviewing things I've done well within a few days boosts the idea that I'm improving/making positive work and getting things done.

@GlenM

Just got my Verified Listeners Badge, and this is super meaningful to me because it ensures that I am indeed doing a good job of responding to members in a way that truly helps them. I was worried that by not offering advice, I wouldn't be helping much but with this badge, I am re-assured that I'm still being helping.

Patience with yourself really helps

My anxiety often makes me feel paralyzed. I feel like I can do nothing than sit around and worry. I learned to keep going, even when it is only small steps.

@Kirschkern

That is exactly how I have been feeling as well: debilitated. Reading is really the only thing that is getting me out of my head lately and listening to a podcast while doing chores. Remember baby steps are still steps!

@akay06

Reading is great!
I started to gamify my life. I give myself points for doing something, so it feels like a quest🙂

I am realizing that the more clearly I see myself, the more control I have over myself. But my best will not always be the top of my game. My best will be affected by my hormones, my health, things beyond my control. I have some control over how I deal with those things, but I am not all-powerful and it's ok to just do my best. Whatever that is.
