Rebekahwriter13. Depressions come and go. For a week now I was very much depressed, all to the ground, and also took some pills (crutch) described from my docktor Today my life is lighter. Halleluja. Please go through the tunnel. There will be light at the other side.

I feel very clear and focused today. Eveeryday isn't sunshine and roses. I know I have the coping skills to make it through rough patches.

I learn to just be more kinder towards myself and it's ok to take a break when you aren't doing well :)

I also want always so learn to be more kind to myself. Sometimes I stroke myself at my cheek to be loving to myself.

Today I'm at 100. My favorite exercise is the one where I am my own friend. I am typically so critical and cold. The friend approach feels novel every time I fill it out.
