I made it through my science mocks which is great I normally get rlly anxious and make myself sick but this was the first mocks that didn't happen.

I learned that exercising a little really helps, but you can't force it into your schedule. You have to start like jaut 10 minutes and find places where it organically fits into your life

I do 10 minutes of calisthenics before each shower and ot has done wonders for my mood and sense of accomplishment
