@GlenM I put Abby's bed together.
One thing I am more conscious of now is that each day is new and we have the chance to start again if need be.
I made it to growth path 200,tonight.

I can see my floor and I brushed off a toddler that wasn't my responsibility and a piece of advice from someone seemed ludicrous. #upperlip
Hit level 50. I still feel stress in life, but I feel like the edge has been taken off with the extra bit of reflection and meditation I've been doing. :)
To take time for myself and to find time to slow down and practice mindfullness.
Step 190. Looking at a problem from a variety of angles can help getting out of my head. After venting out my frustrations, I can begin to think more rationally and make better decisions. Talking to someone and explaining my problem can help, when I dont know how to react or what to do next. Its ok to feel strong feelings, then I just need to wait and calm down before acting on my feelings. The feeling of worthlessness does not reflect reality - in all situations, Im always worthy of respect and I am a valuable person with emotions that are valid.
