I made it to growth path 180.
I am so proud of myself.
I learned to be a better person.
calling time passing by "growth" doesn't necessarily make things get better. that's okay tho. I hope.
Feom a youtube video, i learned from Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza that most people live patterned habituated lives by 35. Thus Dispenza cautions that if one wakes up feeling negative emotions then one is already thinking about the past. Why? Emotions usually arise from experiencing an event or circumstance, which means in order to feel it, one must already be re-experiencing the past. That really boggled my mind and had to think about that hard. Dispenza said this is how the loop of anxiety and worry automatically cycles each day until it is a conditioned response. So I ave been thinking that what may appear as self reflective and self-aware can actually become a trap for getting stuck in the past if one is not careful. Tony Robbins has a way or tool to bypass the morning habituated patterns with intention. He says he primes himself everyday! Dancing to upbeat song, 3 min gratitudes and truly feeling it. 3 minutes prayer. 3 minutes visualizing all he wants to accomplish getting done, seeing it done and feeling how great it feels! I am going to try it!
Finally got my grades up....... I know they're not as good as before, but at least I'm not failing anymore.........
I learnt to push foward and always try to live to see another day
I am learning that it is ok to not be ok all the time.
The ups and downs of life are normal. We're humans naturally inclined to be anxious. Feel it to let it pass. Don't push it down or ignore it.
Step 660 of my Growth Path!
Expecting perfection from those around you can be a kind of cruelty, you can only control your self. Let everyone else be
Learning to try to be more positive, not look at the negative in everything that happens in my life.
