Im on step 110 and ive learned that this website has been wonderful for my learning many things about myself. Being able to have a diary, and many other subject threads that other people can offer different ideas and perspectives on is priceless. Being able to have many ways to express myself gives me many distractions, so im not sitting at home stuck inside with my own mixed up thoughts. Ive been able to break down and list many different challenging issues in more managable pieces, so i can better learn from them. Ive enjoyed meeting lots of kind people that make me feel welcome.

moving along my growth path, one thing I am learning is to move out of my comfort zone to be open to try ne things and new ways of looking at things.

I made it to growth level 120.

@GlenM I am learning that slow and steady is what wins the race!

being passive aggressive to a robot giving you coping mechanisms you know you'll never use is surprisingly therapeutic. the exercises always leave me feeling like I'm in the wrong place, but letting mr.robotnobody know that makes me feel right at home. I'm very glad to have made it to 50, for 50 is quite the fine figure for a fellow like me!

I've learned to take a breath, and take it easy.

I reached step 435 in my Growth Path! Every step is a step in the right direction.
