Hi Glen,

Thank you for this website. Im on step 70, and what I've learned is that anxiety is created when we allow ourselves to let worry and fears to interupt our routine. Anxiety will take our focus if we get complacent, then over think our fears and worries, which weakens us. Then anxiety goes after our sleep further putting us in a vulnerable situation, then anxiety tries to steal our control. Our best weapon against anxiety is self care, and calm.

I've met a lot of very wise and caring people on your site. Thank you!heart

Hi, At least now you have a good idea of whats causing it. We need that step before we can ask the right questions. You did a lot of work to get to this point, so now hopefully you can talk about it, and ask better questions about getting the direction you need. We all go through this process, you have all of us 7cups family here that want to help. Take good care of your self care, and I wish you will find all the understanding you need to move forward.
