I'm practicing meditation regularly to combat my increased anxiety. Suddenly have been experiencing more attacks and symptoms. Want to decrease it to at least a managable level

Decided to start keeping a diary and communicate with others more. Hoping it'll help me learn to communicate and deal with my emotions in a better way.

@GlenM

I learned that it's okay to fail sometimes and that I don't have to pretend to be strong all the time. :)

That it is best to rest the entire tongue at the top of the mouth! The tongue helps expand the palette for young children and may be helpful in expanding the upper palette if the lower jaw is longer. If one has allergies andtends to mouth breathe, it makes one more susceptible to anxiety because inhaling through the mouth excites the nervous system and nasal breathing increases the para-sympathetic, relaxation response. Also that long time mouth breathers will feel like nasal breathing doesn't give enough air at first but we actually get more oxygen by breathing into sinuses. That is if we physically can! It explained a lot about chronic anxiety. There are exercises that can help correct it! Who knew?

I'm only at 29, but I already feel a lot of improvement. I better understand my mental illnesses and have started developing some great coping mechanisms.

I've learnt it is a long road to normality. With twist and turns, miss direction and many obstacles.

After years of self loathing and depression, when i think i've cleared the woods and things are looking bright it doesnt take much to knock my confidence or push back into the darkness. Keeping myself busy and seeing my friends as often as possible helps. It maybe a long journey but you dont have to travel it alone.
